Investing in People's ability

Soccer is getting benefits, especially in
Southern Africa.It has been a very journey.
What motivated b the Growth of Soccer in
Southern Africa?
1.The People from the ground and built themselves.
2.The interest of Business Community as  their Products were seen on billboards and sometimes directly advertised on the soccer kits.
3.The Media like Radio and Television 
promoted Soccer vigorously
4.The tricks and tactics were enjoyed by
the Spectators.

For many years,we could not conquer Afrika especially the CAF competitors.
Orlando Pirates surprised us.They won CAF competition in 1995..BafanaBafana
won in 1996.Mamelodi Sundowns won in
2016.

From there it was an uphill battle.
The LifeLong learning of the Players and
self improving have been a big motivation.The Mamelodi Sundowns kept the flames burning  spiced with high salaries to the Players.

The orhanizational strategy from the low 
Level, Castle Competition,Motsepe League, Nedbank Cup which was opened
for even the small clubs had contributed in
to the uplifment of soccer.

After a long trail of big  investment in soccer,we are getting the fruits.It is interesting to note that soccer is not only for few people,it encompass the uneducated,wise, talkative,speechless and unites. the relatives,managers,skilledf,unskilled,policeteachers,medical doctors,herbalist young and old generation not to forget the full time shebeen goers.
