We have seen recently that our national soccer team does not match the northern African hemisphere.In order to understand this problem
let's first understand.

1.Our Limits
2.What prevents us to grow 
3.What prevents us to outsmart them
4.Do we have presently a "match" of players?
5.How do we manage  our soccer

1.Out limits
Whatever we can do, we are  just like a 10 year  child to pickup 800kg steel or 50 bricks simultaneously.We must see what we can afford or not.

2.What prevents us to grow?
Which qualities are we looking when selecting the
national squad? Actually,do we consult the Heads of other teams and Soccer Media sections.How long do we consult?

3.What prevents to outsmart them?
We can match  Zimbabwe,Angola, Mozambique which means so far we done the good work at Southern African countries 
4.Do we have a "match" of soccer player,some called it a cream not only for Northern hemisphere players.That brings me to the type of training we offer to our players.
Do we simply throw them on the soccer field believing that the "talent" will show itself?
Do we teach Theory during Practise..
Is the experience of a Coach enough?
What are his short,medium, long term during Practise.

5.Management in Soccer
Management is not only the money and pleasing the sponsors or making the players happy.It includes the state of health,fitness, monitoring the food and general lifestyle because they are an
Asset.

What can be done
The following  NEEDS, COMMITMENT, VISION and
proper channelling FINANCE.I agree it expensive.
You want a Jaguar,pay for it.
1.Get a Training Team from Germany,Spain,UK for Academy.
2.This team should be divided into 2 or 3
-The super A Team should establish  a Academy for children who are 6-12 in all the provinces added in the formal school curriculum and extra curricular for non schools children.

The super B Team should train the lower division of soccer team
The Super C Team should train the non schools children.
These teams should "Test"  their skills at similar academies in Europe.This  process may take 5 to 10 years and matures after 15 years.

Soccer Maturity

After a long trail of big  investment in soccer,we are getting the fruits.It is interesting to note that soccer is not only for few people,it encompass the uneducated,wise, talkative,speechless and unites. the relatives,managers,skilledf,unskilled,policeteachers,medical doctors,herbalist young and old generation not to forget the full time shebeen goers.
